You are warmly invited into a heart-centered, family-friendly gathering where we explore the art of tending, attuning, and growing—together.
This month, we learn the practice of Soul Gardening… learning how to cultivate our inner and outer worlds with care, intention, and love.

Evening Flow 5:55 – 6:15 Arrival & Joyful Landing
Arrive in your own time—no rushing, just softening into presence. Enjoy nourishing flower teas of hibiscus and butterfly pea flower as you gently land.
6:15 – 6:45 Labyrinth Walk & Attuning
A guided journey through the labyrinth accompanied by the whimsical sounds of A Circle of Fifths—softening into presence where at the center you will choose seeds and planting pods.
6:45 – 7:15 Seed Planting & Intention Weaving
A guided, heart-centered planting experience—infusing intention into both soil and self. A pod to take home, and one to contribute to the community meditation garden 
7:15 – 7:45 Collaborative Percussion & Song Circle
An open, playful space for families and friends to share voice, rhythm, and creativity. All expressions are welcome—drumming, singing, sounding, being.

8:00 – 8:30 Closing Sound Healing Meditation + Flower Essences
A gentle, immersive sound journey with optional flower essences to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deep inner attunement.

Inviting and allowing the winding path to draw us inward
Along the way, we soften, listen, and arrive at a space within ourselves and one another.
Arriving at the Center
Each participant will choose the seeds and essences that resonate.
Together, we intentionally take time to connect with our hearts, planting and tending to the seeds we wish to grow
both into the soil and into the heartspace of our lives.
One seed will be taken home to nurture, and one will be left in care of a Pebble Hill Peace Site Earth Angel,
To be planted in a growing meditation garden for the whole community to enjoy
Flower essences will be offered during our closing sound meditation.
Subtle, vibrational plant infusions that gently support the emotional and energetic body.
Paired with sonic healing, sound waves move through the body as measurable vibrations,
Influences the nervous system, heart rhythm, and brainwave states,
Flower essences engage the sensory and limbic systems through gentle, receptive pathways.
Together, this interplay of sound and plant intelligence supports regulation,
An Invitation… To Come Together When your heart is feeling joy,
When your heart is feeling sorrow,
This is a time for learning and connecting.
A time for self-healing, connection, and understanding.
