This Sunday, after our Celebration about Juneteenth, Mercer Museum has a free event where we can all meet for lunch!

- Join us to celebrate Juneteenth in the heart of the Doylestown Cultural District, 11 am to 4 pm.
This event commemorates the anniversary of June 19, 1865, when the last enslaved people in the United States learned that they had been freed. We will celebrate this occasion on the green of the Mercer Museum with live performances, food trucks, vendors artisans, and family-friendly educational activities. This event is free to the public and all are welcome to join!
The 2022 Juneteenth Celebration at the Mercer Museum is brought to you by Mercer Museum & Fonthill Castle, Bucks County Anti-Racism Coalition, the Pair-Up Society, and the NAACP of Bucks County.
2. SATURDAY June 18th, Pennsbury Manor, Morrisville – 1 to 3 pm
Pennsbury Manor will be hosting a series of programs in collaboration with the African American Museum of Bucks County to celebrate Juneteenth, which commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. Bring a lunch and blanket or chairs and enjoy a peaceful afternoon on the banks of the Delaware River.
