I got a free stairlift from Susan Manning 2 years ago. It is not working well and is old enough that parts can no longer be ordered for it. I still have significant knee pain and cannot go up and down stairs normally. I have 14 steep stairs, so it is tricky.
I have been looking on ebay for months without finding anything that will work at a price I can afford.
I know sometimes these are given away. I’d like to request that if anyone hears of a lift being given away locally, you keep me in mind.
