This Valentines themed Celebration will feature a presentation called Expressing Gratitude. We often feel grateful but we are not always sure how to express it to the ones we love. Susan Rovello will guide us in a simple exercise to help us do just that. Susan will also address the theme of compassion, forgiveness and connection.
