Dear Ones,
I attended (part of) the May meeting of POWER Bucks County on May 16th. It was as the Muslim Youth Center of Phila (northeast) and was followed by the Ramadan ritual of prayers at sundown followed by a bountiful meal and fellowship outside under a large tent. The group has formed Teams in its process of discerning the primary social action cause to which POWER Bucks will dedicate itself, aiming for end of summer. The one I joined (can you guess?) is Climate Justice. That Team (of which Bill Bloom is also a member) will hold its first meeting on Sunday June 9th at 7:30 pm in Lower Bucks. If anyone else from Pebble would like to join in, please let me know and I’ll guide you.
