This will be an introductory presentation around what I have discovered in both my personal and professional life to be the essential roots of what is True Creativity. My talk will include how I first focused on the idea of True Creativity and as well present my views on why, as a professional therapist/healer, I consider working with True Creativity as an essential tool for true health of the individual and society. How it is essential to de-mystify the term “creativity” thus making the essence of the creative process an available tool for all. I will conclude my morning introductory talk with an interactive exercise which will give participants a taste of one way they may begin to be aware and tap into their own creative process and invite them to deepen their experience when they participate in our afternoon workshop.
