Bring your voices, candles, signs, flags and images of support for peace in Ukraine, solidarity with Black, Brown and Indigenous people and rights, and love and protection of LGBTQ+ students and youth THIS Sunday, February 27th, 2022, 5:30-6:30pm.
The news and events of this week are sitting very heavily in the hearts of so many in our world, country and local community. We are coming together in a peaceful candlelight vigil of solidarity, beloved community and peace this Sunday, to show up for our LGBTQ+, Ukrainian, Black, Brown and Indigenous communities, families, neighbors and loved ones.
We have several speakers lined up, and we will invite any community members to speak to what is in their heart, as we come together against authoritarianism, whether on the global stage with the violent invasion of Ukraine, from governors in Texas and Florida denying safety and human rights to LGBTQ+ youth, or at local school district and municipal meetings where Black, Brown and Indigenous voices and rights continue to be attacked and denigrated.
Please honor COVID safety protocols, and do not attend if you have been recently exposed or aren’t feeling well, and be respectful of social distancing and differing levels of comfort people have with masks, hugs, handshakes etc.
This is a rapid response action! Thank you to the organizations and groups who have joined in support, including:

– PairUp Society
– Bucks County AntiRacism Coalition
