Join a state-wide day of action in support of the proposed education budget.
Make a difference to school children throughout Pennsylvania
                          Tuesday, June 7th from 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Office of State Representative Frank Farry
370 E. Maple Avenue
Langhorne, Pa 19047
The Governor has proposed $1.5 billion increase in basic education funding that will benefit every school district in the state. The proposal also includes $300 million to the most underfunded districts.  In Pennsylvania’s current inequitable funding structure, less state money goes to poorer districts and districts with more black and brown students. This proposal is a significant step in rectifying those inequities.  As a state we are better off fiscally than we have been for a long while.  We have billions in surplus, federal money, and rainy-day funds. Let’s invest some of that money in the future of our children.
We will gather in front of the office of Rep. Frank Farry, a candidate for Pennsylvania Senate.  With your help, we are going to let him know that voters care about adequate and equitable education funding.
Join with us and others around the state
in making our voices heard.
This is the year. We can make a difference.
