We will try three different guided meditations: A whole body meditation, a meditation of breath and a walking meditation. There will be a Q & A session and reflections.
Jeff began his meditation practice in 1970. He is a Buddhist who has studied with Lama Gursam, Anam Thubten, and Rebecca Li.Â
Jeff’s presentation will be beneficial to experienced meditators as well as beginners.
