The 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 is a Shamanic Healing Ceremony with deep roots in Caribbean Spirituality.
The name Mesa Blanca directly translates to “White Table,” referring to the alter created to hold sacred space for those gathered to heal themselves spiritually. But it also means “white work” or “light work.”
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗮?
Each service is presided over by a Mesa President. This Spiritual Elder and leader is charged with opening and closing the service with prayers and directing those “working the table.” At the Being One Center, Diana Luz serves in this position.
The Mesa starts with an opening prayer calling upon Angles and Beings of Light to protect the space, those in attendance, and ask for healing to occur.
Next, Spirit will guide the President to select an individual from the gallery to sit in the “hot seat.”
We lovingly call this the “hot seat” because whoever is sitting there will receive the focus of the spiritual work at that moment.
Once in the chair, you will be handed a book and be asked to clear your mind, praying for guidance while opening to a random page. This page often highlights what your need is in that moment and helps guide your treatment.
Treatment consists of group prayer and various other rituals to remove Entities and blockages from your aura and energetic bodies.
In Mesa, we believe Entities attach themselves to people through their actions in this life and past lives, traumas, thought patterns, habits, attachments, and experiences. These Entities get stuck to us, clouding our minds and creating disturbances in life.
In other cases where healing is not necessary, your Spirit Guides may come through to perform activations and empowerment ceremonies, allowing you to manifest your highest light!
Every Mesa Ceremony and Healing experience can vary significantly depending on who is present and their needs as dictated by Spirit.
In the service, we use an assortment of tools such as a chalice of water to help clear stagnant energy. Clothes of different colors representing aspects of Divine Energy, Rattles to shake loose energy, and a symbolic knife to cut negative ties.
Healing in the Mesa can help release past emotional traumas and remove the energetic blockages that cause problems for us on the physical plane., but remember, this is a spiritual ceremony. It should not substitute the care of a doctor or mental health specialist.
𝗧𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲:
Come with an open heart and mind. You may see or hear things you have never experienced before. We strongly encourage everyone to wear white clothing. If this is not possible, wear the lightest colors you own.
Throughout the service, try to abstain from crossing your arms and legs. Doing so is believed to cut off the flow of energy and sign to Spirit that you do not wish to communicate or participate.
Once the healing has been delivered, the mediums may have a message for you and will be available to answer a few questions. In the past, mediums have answered questions regarding all aspects of life, especially on matters concerning relationships, career paths, prosperity, and spiritual guidance.
Discretion is always used when messages are deemed to personal for a group setting and will be passed on privately.
Mesa Blanca offers everyone the opportunity to heal and learn through the lessons of others. It is often said, “We are All One” and the lessons for the person in the hot seat can be applied to everyone present.
If you are not called to the hot seat, be assured that Spirit is still working on you while you are present. Sometimes you may not be ready for the seat, or you just need a subtle tuneup.
While in the gallery, you may be called up to hold space for those working through prayers, mantras, or invocations. Please respect the space and practice.
Mesa is held on the 3rd Friday of Every Month.
