Janet Berkowitz
Janet Berkowitz built this company based on her personal history surrounding bullying and consequential suicidal ideation and behavior. It is primarily her experience, hope and strength that draws people close to her work. She is a multi-faceted educator and performer, who has shared her talents with all age groups. She has been implementing theater and the arts as a healing tool ever since studying psychology and drama at Clark University in Worcester, Mass. She is a professional mime, who uses her skills to dramatize the struggles of mental illness. She teaches workshops throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania on suicide and bullying prevention, The 8 Dimensions of Wellness, Guided Iamagry, and WRAPscrap (Wellness Recovery Action Plans in the form of a scrapbook) to mental health consumers. She serves on New Jersey’s First Suicide Prevention Council.
Putting Bullycide Aside: Creative Crisis Care treats the topic of bullying as a tragic play in three acts, which can be called the bully, the bullied, and the bystander. At some point in all our lives, we play each part, even if just for a moment. Mime, role-playing, and group art are among the activities that support each participant in identifying bullying behavior and finding empathy for those who experience it strongly. We will study the various forms of bullying and practice tools for dealing with them. These workshops are designed for ages 8 and up. They can be created for any length of time. There is a 12-class series that allows students to take a deeper look at the issue. The different classes will be on the website.

Emily Hollis
If you only knew the life you get to have, you would be running out that door.” That is the voice that came to Emily as she laid in bed, getting ready to do one of the hardest things in her life.
After a very dysfunctional 10-year marriage, she was ready to forge a new path, not only for herself but all the women she would help along the way who were stuck in abusive or dysfunctional relationships. She walked out the door that day and never looked back.
In a very short amount of time, she was able to free herself of a 10-year opiate addiction without traditional rehab, quit smoking, met the love of her life, and, most importantly, was able to let go of the very limiting beliefs she had always held on to. She always believed she was much more than just her body, and after a profound spiritual awakening, she knew it to be true.
Emily, a student of Dr. Joe Dispenza and soon-to-be author, teaches women and men how to let go of their limiting beliefs and live a life they never thought possible. Through practical and simple steps, she shows her clients how to not only achieve their goals but also live beyond the self-imposed limits we all create in our lives.

Scott Sunderland
Scott Sunderland found himself lying in a hospital bed, unable to move any part of his body, completely paralyzed from a rare illness. In just 3 days, Scott, the owner of a construction company, a husband, father and athlete, went from a very active young man to living in a lifeless body, with a mind full of fear.
He could not accept his fate and starting asking himself some very important questions. “What if everything I know about life is false? What if I am more powerful than I realize? What if the worst thing that happened to me is going to be my greatest?” After many months of introspection, releasing limiting beliefs and utilizing powerful visualizations, Scott completely healed himself and was able to fully recover with no residual effects.
Today, Scott shares his remarkable journey of healing. A student of Dr Joe Dispenza and a soon to be published author, Scott enjoys teaching others how to achieve their dreams and goals by using the same tools that led to his incredible success. He challenges them to ask those same questions to begin their own journey of transformation.
